Modular  processing machine for gut cleaning for  pigs and cattle 

Our HTS processing machines are an important innovation for pig abattoirs, and guarantee optimal processing of offal from the fifth quarter. Thanks to our separate and modular phased treatment, your faecal weight and category 3 waste will drop drastically from day one. In addition, the water from the dewatering phase is reused for washing, which significantly reduces your water consumption.

Depending on the situation in the abattoir and the desired result, the modular process can be adapted with treatment steps being added, omitted or separately added.

Our installations have a proven track record with several leading abattoirs in Belgium, and this experience has shown us that a 40% reduction in waste from by-products is achievable.
